How does my coaching help?
Most people come to coaching because they know something is getting in the way, even if they can’t quite name it. They want to make lasting changes, not just quick fixes.
I work relationally, with a psychologically grounded approach that’s always tailored to you. No templates. No “one size fits all.”
Here’s what you can expect:
- A real working relationship — I listen, reflect, and tune into what’s really going on.
- A safe space for honest exploration — together we’ll uncover what’s happening and what’s underneath it.
- Practical next steps — we’ll shape a plan that’s actually doable, not just inspiring in theory.
- Support to move forward — I’ll challenge you, cheer you on, and help you get unstuck.
- Clarity around your values — when you know what matters most, decisions get easier.
- An energy check — where is your energy going now, and is it helping or holding you back?
I draw on a range of approaches — solution-focused, developmental, narrative — but my anchor is psychodynamic coaching. That means we’ll also explore the unconscious patterns shaping your choices, relationships, and results.
Next Steps
Our first session is complimentary — a chance to see if we’re a good fit and to explore how coaching could support you. We’ll decide how often to meet, whether online, by phone, or in person.
Fees
My standard rate is £250 per hour. I offer discounted packages and a small number of lower-fee spaces for those on reduced incomes — please contact me to discuss.
